The existing house, on this exclusive golf estate, required modernising of all finishes as it is now used as a corporate retreat.

 

This existing house, which has 16 bedrooms, further required an additional five new en suite rooms to be added by converting these from existing amenities.

 

The public spaces on the ground floor were re-arranged and re-finished to enable corporate events to be staged when required by improving the flow and use between them.

Working in association with NLK Designers, John Radford Architects remodelled the parts of the project that needed to be converted and project managed the rest of the process, ensuring that all deadlines were achieved and the client's expectations were met.
